In this 2-hour practice, we will actively explore the 6 fundamental and essential poses that help regulate the nervous system: Sirsasana (headstand), Sarvangasana (shoulder stand), Halasana (plow), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (half bridge), Viparita Karani (legs up the wall) and Savasana (corpse pose). This workshop is offered in French.
