Hopping Back, Floating Forward
Floating from downward dog to the top of your mat and hopping back to chaturanga can be some of the most exhilarating moments in your practice. In this workshop we’ll cover the details of these transitions – you’ll learn techniques to feel lighter, stronger and even more graceful! We’ll also break down the steps that you can take to progress from wherever you’re at.
All levels are welcome, but some experience is recommended.
