Advanced Transitions: Floating Through Your Practice

In this workshop, we’ll cover three transitions: floating from crow to chaturanga, hopping forward from downward dog through handstand to the top of your mat, and floating from downward dog through your arms into a seat. You’ll learn techniques to take one step at a time toward feeling lighter and stronger in these movements.

All levels are welcome, but some experience is recommended.
