Practicing with injuries – Part I: The lower body

This workshop series is being continued in order to dive deeper into different areas of the body, covering key modifications and alignment tips that are equally beneficial for those with injuries, and those without. Get re-inspired that your practice is not only accessible but can feel good no matter what injury you’re working with! While the sessions are divided to focus on the upper and lower body, they are designed to work together so you can understand the body working as whole – this will help you heal existing injuries, prevent new ones, and deepen your practice.

All levels welcome – no injuries necessary!
