Elements of Flow (In French)

This workshop is based on a progressive approach of the basic concepts of a vinyasa practice. Focus will be on moving through a series of postures with a rhythm to allow you to have both an enjoyable and safe practice. We will look at some postures in a deeper anatomical level before connecting them in a sequence. We will end with a guided mediation before savasana (pose of rest).
