In this workshop, the body is guided to a relaxed state known as nidra, yogic sleep. In this state the practitioner can become aware of aspects of the inner body such as the chakras and reach a different state of awareness. In order to reach a relaxed state the format of this workshop includes yin yoga, meditation and yoga nidra. All levels are welcomed and no experience is required.
