We have been very lucky to have Anna teaching at Moksha Yoga Montréal. It has been many years (and one child later). She is equally drawn to teaching Moksha and vinyasa Power Flow classes. Quietly spiritual, she brings a deepness to your practice. A humble warrior, no doubt.
As well as being a senior Moksha yoga teacher she has completed a classic hatha yoga training with Sananda Devi in Toronto, a vinyasa training with Davanna Yoga in Mexico, and has furthered her yoga studies in India at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram. Her background is in choreography and dance and she has been teaching movement to people for over 15 years. Her passion for helping people find freedom in their body and mind is present through her teachings whether its dancehall, yoga for seniors, dynamic vinyasa classes or meditation.
Anna is very grateful to have practiced and worked closely with her teacher Dina T., who has had a major impact on her life.
She would like to continue to learn and motivate others to reach their full potential.
